Draws edges around shapes.

Open an image.

Add a new color.

Paint using the outline tool.

If you change the color of the template, you will see how the outline overlaps the edge.

The line thickness can be set using the Outline Width menu option.

In this example, a thinner line was used. The template layer has been erased.
